The mouthpiece is doubled and stitched leather with finished edges. The bit attaches to your horse’s bridle with stainless steel rings.

The Michel Robert Leather Strap Bit from Prestige has a soft, warm feel and encourages salivation and softer contact. It will start to mold to the specific horse’s mouth for a custom fit. The comfortable leather mouthpiece is designed to comfort and quiet a fussy, busy-mouthed horse. It is also suitable for horses with a large tongue, low palate, or generally small mouth space. This bit should be wiped with water after use and occasionally oiled very lightly and allowed to dry thoroughly before using again. The leather mouthpiece can wrap in Sealtex to protect the leather without affecting the flexibility of the bit.
